Where does MERRU ship?

We offer worldwide shipping and currently fulfill orders from within the US and UK.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide on all orders. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

When exactly will I receive my order?

Here’s how it works: You place an order online, and we then process it. Your package will ship from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout depends on your shipping address. Please note that this is a best estimate provided by the carrier but not a guarantee.

For orders placed on weekends and national holidays, they will be shipped the following business day.

Please report any shipping damages within 1 week of receiving the item. That way it gives us enough time to file a claim with the carrier.

Taxes and Duties

United States: Duties and taxes may apply based on your local regulations.

International: Orders shipped outside the U.S. and the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. MERRU has no control over these charges and cannot provide specific estimates. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@mymerru.com. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time. If you don’t have a residential address, please reach out to our team at support@mymerru.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you!
