RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
What is your return policy?
All of our products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be brand new, unused, and in resalable condition. They must also be returned in the original packaging, including any free accessories and tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the item does not meet these criteria, it will not qualify for a return or exchange.
We cover the cost of return shipping for orders where free shipping was offered. For regions where free shipping does not apply, all sales are final.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds can be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that expedited shipping charges, shipping protection, and customs fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a claim.

What is your exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase, and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. If you have any questions, please contact support@mymerru.com for assistance.
If I purchased an item during a promotion, can I exchange and receive the same discount?
If you process an exchange, the price of the new item will be the current price we are offering. Discounts may differ based on the promotion available during the time of exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, your refund (excluding any expedited shipping fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
