SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide and fulfill orders from within the United States.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. If you live on the island territories, your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Expedited and express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping to Rest of the World (10-15 business days) - starting from $55/Unit

 

Do I need to pay duties?

If you live in the United States, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout.

If you're ordering from outside the United States, please note that customs duties or taxes may apply and are collected upon delivery by your local customs office.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once you place your order, we’ll begin processing it right away. Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2 business days.

Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping method and destination. An estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout based on your selected shipping speed. Please note that this is an estimate provided by the carrier and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be shipped the next business day.

If your order arrives with any shipping damage, please report it within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier in time.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time. If you don’t have a residential address, please reach out to our team at support@mymerru.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you!

 

What is my order status?

We will email you at every step of the process, from purchase to post-delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, a notification when your order is being prepared for shipping, a notification with tracking information when your order ships, and a check-in email after your purchase has been delivered to ensure you are happy with your MERRU pieces. Can I cancel my order? 

Your purchase begins its journey to you as soon as you complete the checkout process. We unfortunately do not have a cancellation window. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be altered.
